Return And Refund Policy
- Return Policy
Products being sold on sale, discontinued, seasonal, or customized personal items are final sales which can not be returned or refunded.
These products are sold "as is" or was customized for the individual, family or as a gift which cannot be resold can not be returned. - Regularly priced merchandise must be returned by the customer within a 30 day period in the same condition as when they received it and was purchased.
The customer will be fully responsible for return shipping fees. It is strongly suggested that the customer add insurance to their return shipment as only items returned in original condition will be accepted if authorized by us. - The customer must Email us within 30 days to ask for a Return Authorization by emailing Returns@theoldpalmcove.com
Refund Policy
- If your order was correct and not damaged and we have authorized the return, then a refund will be processed less 15% restocking fee and shipping of product.
Again all items that were on sale, discontinued, seasonal, and/or customized are final sales and can not be returned.
Missing Items
- We will follow up with the customer if anything is reported to us as missing from their order.
We take special care to make sure all items are included with each purchase from our Ocala location.

Stolen Items
- The Old Palm Cove takes no responsibility for stolen items.
Once an item is shown as delivered by the carrier, it becomes the customer/recipients responsibility.

Damaged Items
- We take special care to make sure all items are included with each purchase from our Ocala location.
We also take special care to inspect each item being packed and prepared for shipment to our customers.
If you receive an item that is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately by email at Damaged@theoldpalmcove.com - We require PHOTO's of the damaged items and PHOTO's of the package you received it in.
It is our policy to reship the item at no cost to the customer after reviewing the damage photo's.
The customer can request a full refund, or have us reship a new item.
